Publication Fee Policy of Journal of Psychology & Education
The journal implements a two-tier fee structure as outlined below:
Ⅰ. Article Processing Charge (APC)
Amount: HKD 2,000
Applicability: All manuscripts accepted after peer review are subject to this charge.
Ⅱ. Editing Service Fee
Amount: HKD 2,000
Applicability: Applies to manuscripts deemed academically valuable but requiring language refinement, structural improvement, or formatting revision before publication.
Fee Implementation:
High-quality Manuscripts: Manuscripts that meet direct publication standards in both content and formatting are only required to pay the APC (Tier I), totaling HKD 2,000.
Manuscripts Requiring Editing Service: Manuscripts with academic merit but in need of editorial polishing must pay both the APC (Tier I) and the Editing Service Fee (Tier II), totaling HKD 4,000.
Important Notes:
1.Payments in foreign currencies will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate on the day of transaction.
2.Authors may choose whether to accept editing services after editor’s decision.
3.Editing services are limited to language polishing and formatting adjustments and do not alter the core academic content or conclusions of the manuscript.
4.The journal adheres to a double-blind peer-review process, and editing services decisions are independent of the review outcomes.
