Publication Fee Policy of The Journal of Psychology & Education
The journal implements a two-tier fee structure as outlined below:
Ⅰ. Article Processing Charge (APC)
Amount: CNY 2,000 (approximately HKD 2,160 / USD 280)
Applicability: All manuscripts accepted after peer review are subject to this charge.
Ⅱ. Editorial Service Fee
Amount: CNY 2,000 (approximately HKD 2,160 / USD 280)
Applicability: Applies to manuscripts deemed academically valuable but requiring linguistic refinement, structural improvement, or formatting revision before publication.
Fee Implementation:
High-quality Manuscripts: Manuscripts that meet direct publication standards in both content and formatting are only required to pay the APC (Tier I), totaling CNY 2,000.
Manuscripts Requiring Editorial Service: Manuscripts with academic merit but in need of editorial polishing must pay both the APC (Tier I) and the Editorial Service Fee (Tier II), totaling CNY 4,000.
Publication Guarantee: All manuscripts that undergo editorial revision and meet the journal’s publication standards are guaranteed acceptance.
Important Notes:
1.Payments in foreign currencies will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate on the day of transaction.
2.Authors may choose whether to accept editorial services after receiving peer-review feedback.
3.Editorial services are limited to language polishing and formatting adjustments and do not alter the core academic content or conclusions of the manuscript.
4.The journal adheres to a double-blind peer-review process, and fee-related decisions are independent of the review outcomes.
