1.Current Indexing Status
As a newly launched academic journal with high potential, we have been actively applying for inclusion in major databases and have already been indexed by several important platforms, including Google Scholar, CrossRef, and ROAD, as well as subject-specific databases such as CNKI, WanFang Data, and Chaoxing Academic Journal Database. We are currently in the process of applying for indexing in Scopus, Web of Science (ESCI/SSCI), DOAJ, and disciplinary indexes like PsycINFO and ERIC, with the goal of gradually expanding our academic reach and influence.
2.Development Goals and Roadmap
Our short-term goals (1–2 years) include being indexed by Scopus and included in authoritative open-access directories such as DOAJ, while ensuring coverage across major global academic platforms. In the medium term (3–5 years), we aim to apply for inclusion in Web of Science ESCI and subject-specific databases like PsycINFO and ERIC, while building a stable international network of peer reviewers. Our long-term vision is to meet the criteria for SSCI indexing, develop a distinctive interdisciplinary voice in psychology and education, and establish the journal as an important platform for regional and global academic exchange.
3.Benefits for Authors and Readers
Authors and readers can benefit from our early-publication advantage, as articles published during the journal’s growth phase will gain sustained visibility as the journal’s impact increases. Our open-access policy ensures immediate and wide dissemination of all published research, while we also provide value-added services such as multilingual abstracts, academic promotion support, and social media outreach to enhance the reach and impact of every published article.
4.Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions include whether the journal is currently indexed in SSCI—as a new journal, we are on a clear path toward this goal and progressing steadily—and how soon after publication an article can be retrieved, which is typically within 6–10 weeks on platforms like CrossRef and Google Scholar. Authors and readers can track the journal’s indexing progress through the quarterly updated “Indexing Status” section on our website or by contacting the editorial office directly for the latest information.
